Trying to access debit card for monthly payment

I don't know who these companies are or how they got my information. I had been off for medical reasons and hadn't used the card for some time but for the last 6 months they have been filing for payment for TLG Shoppers Advantage and TLG Fun. Companies like this should be shut down and the people associated with it should be prosecuted. Thsi is simply THEFT.
