Unauthoized charges

I observed an unauthorized demand on the CC I don't employ at-all from wwwfedgrantusa.com cost was published at 6-18-09. I named my CC organization plus they delivered me towards the fraud department. While discussing this cost they questioned me easily understood there is a second cost out of this company of $39.95 simply created today 6-22.

I said no which truly made me furious this phony organization was carrying this out and clearly carrying it out to others.

They cxl'd my CC that had the costs onto it and delivering me a fraud claim form.

How can this happen? And how comenot anybody doing something about that fedgrant corp?
