Ripoff fraudulent ripoff business

I am being charged for a credit card to be used on a site that does not seem to exist. I have not been able to speak to a live person on the phone in spite of calling during the times stated.

Ref # given to me by Nichole when accepting this card was 7829300221100375. There was to be no interest accrues and 25% of the purchase price was to be included with any order.
