Rip off fees - Bill pay service

I had been using Bill pay with this bank for about two years, I am a disabled veteran and get my checks on the first of each month, So I knew when to schedule payments so as to not overdraw my account, I scheduled two payments for Jan 2nd and Jan 5th because my funds would be deposited Dec 31st and with delivery time I was sure not to cheat my creditors or the bank,
On 12/30 I was charged $34 for an overdraft and $15 to take my 61 cents from savings to satisfy the check that was issued on 12/30 for the 1/2 check and then $34 and $15 for the check that was to be issued on 1/5, Because these people completely disregarded my instructions (written) two seperate times I was charged $98, I wonder how many people they are doing this to? When contacted they tell me it is written i8n their condtions of service that they can pay early, I warn everyone to dump this bank as they do not even care about their clients, I have filed a complaint with the Michigan attorney general.
