Refuse request to cancel

My partner and that I enrolled our 6-year old boy in a regional Karate college and at that time we-don't recall signing any agreement with this specific Academic Funding Organization. But after nearly 4 decades, whenever we desired to have a split, we were informed that people possess some agreement with Academic Funding Organization. I named the EFC plus they declined my request.

They said we've authorized a deal and also the agreement gets restored immediately each year???
