They modified my one home but failed to modify my other one. The took $2,051.00 from me to do this but never did

We were trying to modify our loan on our home with Gateway mortgage modificationsLLC. They charged us $2,051.00 and said it was to pay the lawyers to do so, but they never modified the home. Our bank did it for free and they tryed to say it was because of them. But our bank said they never got any paperwork from them. Then the attorney general from Arizona and Missouri closed both offices down with a decist order but they were and still are trying to modify our loan which was done by our bank.
