BillsMadeSimple.com Questionable Business Practices, DOES NOT PAY EMPLOYEES, REINVENTS HIMSELF

I worked for Company and supposedly company shut down with no notice the owner Joe Celaschi has not paid multiple employee's money owed for work performed he states he is filing BK which would mean employee's would not be paid and any clients that has paid would have to wait in line with creditors to get money if any back. He has acknowledged this money is OWED and he supposedly intends to pay as of today that has not happened and not surprisingly he is not returning emails.

He is involved in some way either as a principal or an "employee" with multiple companies including but not limited to BMS DEBT MANAGEMENT, BILLSMADE SIMPLE.com and Federal Loan Audits all these Companies work together to create a system of collecting money from unsuspecting clients. I now know he is involved in yet another company called Processing Inc. This is how he gets around the system by creating new companies doing virtually the same thing or a slight variation of the same thing.

He creates an illusion of a VERY LARGE COMPANY with a full client relations dept of multiple employees but the fact is when he "closed" company there were a total of 6-10 employee's including himself and his VERY CLOSE FRIEND who was a key employee at BMS and now that close friend is the PRIMARY at Federal Loan Audits. If you doubt just check out the web site and the address of both companies surprisingly the address is virtually the same and Joe's photo is on BOTH web sites.

The claim that any of his companies are specialist is a stretch at best they are mostly complied of former MORTGAGE BROKERS who put people in the very loans they are now condeming lenders for issuing and auditing for compliance what a joke.

Beware of doing business or working with ANY COMPANY that Joe Celaschi is involved or affiliated with the likely hood you will get the results you want or paid for the work you do for him is slim to none.

I urge the State of California and all media outlets to investigate him and any and all companies he is affiliated with and you will find disturbing information at best. What really needs to be CLOSELY scrutinized is the BMS Debt Settlement of which tons of people pay monthly to BMS to "SETTLE" their credit card debt and other unsecured debt and it should be closely examined to determine if "DEBT SETTLEMENTS" are even being worked I would guess that 90 % of them have not been touched in over a year and when clients call they are given a line of BS a mile long. DO NOT TRUST JOE it will cost you more than you know!
