Google Treasure Chest & Safe Lock ID
Unauthorized charges on my debit card

I got the CD from Google for $1.97, and never authorized any charges to my debit account. However, they took the money from my account that I'm not aware of. The phone that listed in the charged is very hard to talk to, and they do not understand much English.

Please help.
