Used deceptive means to get$ 69.95 out of my bank debit card

Like everyone apparently else they, without my permission, deducted $69.95 out of my bank account. When called and confronted, said there was nothing they could do but give Me a free month or I could drop out of their suscription but no refund would be given out. I steemed awhile then called them back explaining that I had run a GOOGLE search on them and they were on the SCAM list and I would follow up on their instructions on getting My money back and REMARKABLY was told I was no longer a member and My money would be REFUNDED IN FULL WITHIN 3 TO 5 DAYS, if the money is not back in My account in 5 days to call them back. This is day 1, June 15. I WILL KEEP EVERYONE POSTED!!!
