Not into grant funding - beware

I was contacted by a Dave Misavage, a very personable agent. He assured me there was an 80% chance that I could get a $650,000 grant through them. After checking GB out, I told them that I needed a grant, and that they were allegedly in the business of finding them. Rather than the initial $1500 plus any further payments, I tried to entice them by offering a flat 10% to GB once the grant was mine. If they were really in the grant business, they would have taken that in a heartbeat. They didn't, because they have no way to get grants regardless of what would be paid. There is no way that these people can do anything but take your money.
