Matt Krivicke of Lovable Dolls, formerly of Real Doll, borrowed money and did not repay it

I have an IOU signed by Matt Krivicke signed April 14 stating he owes me $1,500 to be paid back at $100 a month (no interest because I'm nice like that). It's been well over a month and I have no money or communication from him.

I know he's sold at least a few of his Lovable Dolls, so really his refusal to repay me $100 a month is inexplicable.
