G.M.A.C. Has not reported my info correctly to credit bureaues or kept accurate records!

I am having a similar problem to the family mentioned beforehand!!!
I purchased a 2006 pontiac grand prix in august.
The first payment was not due until october.
I have made payments every month on time since then except for july when i was a few weks behind!!!
The whole time i get calls each month asking for a payment because gmacx shows it being late!!!
I always paid before the ten day grace period!!!
They were not appliying payments i mailed on time, so i started using the gmac online payment center.
It still takes up tio five days to apply a payment.!!!
Now i am getting a demand later saying i owe $3000 due by june 15 or they will take action&it is no specific.!!!
The $3000 includes a phony repossesion fee of $500 and late charges according them almost $500!!!
They are way off base and i am pursuing legal action against g.M.A.C.!!!
