Pre qualified for a 15 year mortage refi, then after a month, said they can'tdo it and dragged me for a 30 year, took $750 application fee. So i cancelled the loan and asked to unfreeze my credit line with another bank

I was tricked to apply for a 15 year refi, when the guy prequalified me to apply. Charged $750 upfront, and greg schmidt never offered me a goodfaith or loan disclosure as per statutes. After a month he said i do not qualify for 15 year, refi, but offered a 30 year refi instead. I said no and asked to return the initial $750 application fee, which he denied.By this time he froze my equity credit line with another bank. I asked him to fax a letter to the bank to unfreeze my credit line. He is saying all kind of excuses, and delaying it. There is no one at this bank to listen to you. All they give is a machine answering your calls. Worst customer service ever. Buyers beware.
