Charge backs for flexpay activations we never did arizona, pheonix

So we use to be t-mobile dealers for along time now until flexpay started, first of all thier reps never told us we had to use QDI sims to do flexpay activations so we had this outrageous chargebacks but they took care of it because it was thier fault so then we started to buy the sims from them, we assumed everything wud be fine.

So now we activate these lines using thier sims and follow all the intructions and were still getting chargebacks for this company so i say t-mobile and QDI r the worst company to deal with the ripped us off and now they keep harrasing us for money we owe n threat to take it to court

Please if u have the same problem we want to sue them for every penny they got so if ure haveing the same problem please let us knw n btw the money they want is $2100 n they took the dealership away because of this this is not fair so please neone help us
