Adam Castellanos of Imperial Collection Services allegedly servicing Money Store (closed company) loans. Money Store is now Homeq.

It appears as if Adam and a friend of his in the Collection Department of Money Store are prepetrating Fraud by Ripping off the Money Store / Homeq as well as the Money Store clients. Adams friend in Money Store is Kenny Wendall and they have and are successfully just before getting paid on a collection, purchasing the note from HOMEQ and then taking all the MONEY.

Problem is that when the foreclose or file papers they have made the mistake to do it still under the name of Money Store / Homeq. OOOOPPPPPS Isnt it illegal to act on behalf of a company that no longer owns a note?
