Aka, Shipper-IMS Telemarketing consumer fraud ripoff

First the telemarketer "Josh" promised me a $2,500 limit Visa card for a lifetime fee of $296 and a low APR (sounded good). Not one mention of a "Credit 101" program. I was to receive the card w/in 15 days after money was withdrawn from my account.

I got no card, bogus telephone #'s, a Credit 101 program with credit card applications, a promise that if I completed and sent in the app and did not receive the card THEN I would get a refund. Today "Pinky" a CSR told me she was notifying the HDQRS. To send me a refund. I am notifying the Nevada Atty General, this is mail fraud and Bank fraud according to the PA Atty General. Suggest that all of you do the same.
