I received a "credit card" I didn't even apply for with a $6,500 credit. I called to find out how they got my info - got the runaround - treated me like dirt rip off

I received a "credit card" I didn't even apply for with a $6,500 credit. I called to find out how they got my info - got the runaround - treated me like dirt. Kept being condescending.

Wanted the authorization code; gave it to them; wanted the account number on the card; gave it to them; wanted my name. Told him if you have these other numbers, you don't need my name. Repeatedly asked for my name; gave him last name, wouldn't give my first name. He badgered me; my husband talked to him and was also treated like dirt. These people should be fined!!!
