Ripoff

ECS promiss me a credit line of 4,000 dollars.instead, they put me in a program. Once I found out that I was in a progam I called to cancel it. They gave me the run around.

Once I got of hold of the boss he said I will recieve my money back, but I never did. I tried to call back and the number I was calling I guess the had phone problems. So I called a different number they said they don't deal with refunds. So know I'm reporting it. I hope you can help...
