I got a phone call from this company saying they could lower the interest rates on my credit cards. They charged me $324 U. S dollars and said a financial advisor would contact me. They sent me a package to look over and fill out, when that was done I was supposed to call them. I contacted them and was told someone would contact me. I waited a week or so and contacted them, they gave me the run around for about 6 months. When someone finally contacted me and got my information they flat out told me they could not help me. I asked for a refund and was told that a supervisor would contact me. I waited another week and then began calling 3 or 4 times a week, nobody contacted me for almost a year, they then told me to return the package. I sent the package back and later recieved a phone call saying that it had been over a year so they could not refund my money. I asked to talk to a manager and the very next day got a phone call from a supervisor, they would be happy to service my account but no refund could be issued. I told them that I had tried to contact them many times with no response, to which they replied they had no record of any phone calls at all.

I am now out this money and want everyone to be aware of this scam.
