Early term fees and set up fees refund

I had been guaranteed from avps to possess my equipment with a particular day, after which after i didn't get it a named and was told that i'd have it in a couple of days. I still didn't get it over the following few times. Due to the emergency i'd no choice but to choose another processor, who'd me a prior to the one from avps.

Avps charged me to get a put up fee of $199.00 in addition to a fee of $250.00 to cancel service that i never had. Avps is just prepared to return $199.00. This isn't appropriate.

National confirmation payment systems is associated with trisource options along with the getting bank is merrick bank corp. Trisource says they have no control over the problem.

I think that that is very unfair and subject of scam, simply because they took the $250.00 from my bank unauthorized.
