Ripoff business from hell victimized many consumers

Wow how can I explain how bad Ocwen has ripped us off. I had two loans with them and they took money from one loan and placed it on the other making the loan behind, and then wouldn't accept my payments anymore until I paid them late fees and attorney fees. They had it on record that they talked to someone else about my account, and then 2 weeks later denied that they ever talked to them and said that I was the one that instructed them to move the payment. I called them 5 times a week for months, to no avail.

Finally we came to an agreement and I was selling the home before it went to foreclousre and there was a problem with the title work. They didn't get the proper title policy when I got my mortgage through them (it is a double wide on its own land) and I didn't have a clear title so I couldn't sell my home before foreclousre.

Now my houses have both went into foreclousre, and I can't sell them because of the added fees and they wont take the smaller payoff that they agreed to before their mistake caused me to not be able to sell my house. Now I found out that because of their mistake I own the double wide free and clear and I have contacted them to tell them if they uphold their end of the bargin I wont move my double wide off of their land and leave them with a $145,000 piece of land with a basement on it.

They don't seem to want to negotiate, but my advise to anyone living in the state of michigan if they have made this mistake with you, the trailer is not a fixture as their attorney would like to force you to believe, if they didn't put their name on the title and secured your interest at closing you can move your home. Ocwen doesn't play fair, it is time that we consumers start fighting back. My credit might be ruined because of thier outragious practises but hopefully in the end the class action suit will save all of our credit and Ocwen will be held accountable for their actions.
