Monthly mortgage price goes up with $20.00 service fee

Loan modification agreement stated that monthly payment would be 815.00. Called tp make payment and had to talk to throee ifferent people and each person told me a different payment was due. First person said 847.00, next said 831.97 and the third person agreed with the second person and then has to pay a $20.00 phone fee to take payment over phone. The loan modification took 3 months to get set up which made three more months behind in payments. When talking to wells fargo they do not listen, it's there way or no way. I only bring home 787.00 every two weeks and was told that was not there problem that if I can't make 815.00 they would continue with foreclosure. My home was bought as hud home.
