I'm being billed a regular charge of $19.95 per month to get a support I terminated a few months before. I actually donot understand why you didn't understand this demand. Please stop membership ASAP and credit my bill. This can be a fraud the way you demand people. You ack for just one background-check and also you fool the individual in and cost them a regular charge that we never required. Please cancel and credit my account. I believed it was looked after. OR EVEN, I'll CONTACT THE BBB.
