Placed a negative credit reporting when I had no account with the company

There was unauthorized activity on my account that included several payday companies. These companies were notified by my bank that I did not authorize the transactions. Proof was sent into the companies and I was told that I would not be held responsible for the transactions. Then this company that I have never heard of reported on my credit that I owed money to one of the cash advance places. I do not owe it and they will not remove the negative rating.
