This was supposed to be a stand up company, one with attorney's on staff, a 97% success rate, money-back guarantee, all the bells and whistles, blah blah blah... According to a recent St. Louis Business Journal article, they are now under investigation for fraud by the Missouri State Attorney for Fraud.
