Superior Gold Group Doesn't Deliver!

I heard Superior Gold Group on the Monica Crowley radio show on TRN. I called their office, and ended up buying gold to be shipped to my home. They told me it would take a few weeks.

After a few weeks and no gold, I started calling them to find out where my shipment was. I called many times but my rep wouldn't call me back, so I got concerned and decided I wanted to cancel. Since no one would call me, I went on their website to find out how to cancel and right away a NOTICE popped up that there is a worldwide gold shortage which might delay shipments. Then it says they are still sticking to their contract and their order cancellation policy, even though they aren't holding up their end of the bargain by shipping within the time frame they gave me. Here's another kicker - the refund policy on their website says the only way you can get a refund is if the coins they ship you end up being counterfeit. Well, I'm still waiting for mine!

I was so upset I called the radio station to complain, and it turns out they dropped Superior Gold Group as an advertiser because they had gotten other complaints dealing with the same issue. This made me even more worried that I had been ripped off.

So I called some other gold companies about this gold shortage thing, and they told me they're not having any problems getting gold, so I feel like Superior Gold Group is lying about a gold shortage and just took my money.

Then I checked the Better Business Bureau website, and it says they've been in business since 2000. But when my lawyer checked out this company, that's a lie because the California Secretary of State records say they started their LLC on 4/18! The BBB site also shows they have no company reviews. How can a 9 year old company have no customer reviews and only one complaint? Maybe because it's really only 2 years old. These people are shady and sure don't conduct business as promised. Then I drove over to their address in Santa Monica which is just a front no one from Superior Gold Group is even there.

The name of this company should be Inferior Gold Group! I would recommend anyone to stear clear of doing business with this company. They might look good on paper, or sound good on the radio, but bottom line is they don't perform, and they sure as hell don't deliver. My next step is to take legal action.
