Unauthorized charges

I requested a POD to get a one month time period. I continued point about 7 days before the 30 contract to plan a pick up (billing is every thirty days of receivorship). PODIS pc website advised me the next accessible pick up day is seven days following the summary of the initially planned one month rent.in the end was stated and completed I examined my creditcard record and observed another one month POD rental charge along side an insurance kind of cost. I talked with Cleo at POD and obtained an attitude in a condensending words that constantly cited the agreement. Sorry... But when I plan a pick up AND ALSO YOU cannot get YOUR item inside the specific time period I'll not spend any overcharges. Cleo relented using the overcharge rental but wouldn't eliminate the $10 insurance kind of cost. Sorry Cleo, I am not spending that both. Like a matteroffact, I am delivering a notice towards the Attorneygeneral of NJ to record this behavior and wish the AG starts a study into this fradulant conduct. I wonder just how many individuals DO NOT challenge their costs from POD.
