Fast Cash International hurrased, very rude

I got a call around 5:15pm yesterday (5-25-09) and a guy with a heavy accient named Mark wilson (or walson his accient was so heavy I couldn't understand him) told me I was being suied and I was to report to the supior court house today at 11am with a lawyer or if I didn't have one the would get one for me. I told him that I didn't know what I did and he told me that he tryed to contact me 15 time through e-mail. I was like what I never got those e-mails. I also told him what is the name of the company that was suing me and he told me it was Fast cash international. He said that the deal with 300 little companies and one of those companies was suing me because took out a lone and never paid it back. I asked if I could get the name and the number of the small compnay that is suing me and he said I can not do that. After that he got really rude with me and told me to be quite so he could read an affidavit to me and not to ask anymore questions until he was done. I let him talk and when he was done I told him how am I suppose to go to court with out any proof of me being sued? He says that is not my problem. I told him I wasn't going to be able to make it and he told me if I didn't show up they were going to prosses this further. Then he told me to call him back at 6pm with what my lawyer says he is going to do. Then he hung up.

I looked up this fast cash international and found an address and phone number for it in Hawaii and I called the number and when this lady answered I asked if this was fast cash international she hung up and then when I called it back I got a sound like a fax number. It is a bakery and coffe shop called Lihue Bakery & Coffee Shop

I even google earthed it and sure enough it comes up as a food place.

They even go as far asto tell you your name and adress and social security number (getting your social is not that hard to get on the net these days) and even they think they have your bank account number. Don't do anything if you get a call from them it is a SCAM!!! They are trying to take you for all that you are worth and if they call tell them were to stick it and say you know it is a scam and you reported it to the FBI.
