After calling to confirm a payoff amount on my account I continued to recieve added charges and fees when account had been paid in full, it took 3 months, and several hours over a dozen people to resolve mean while fees being added and being told that they were being credit back. You need to know that this company NO LONGER has a customer service department!!! The staff will tell you there are no supervisors available, there are. I found one who resolved the account and settled it. Also they use alias names and put there notes in their system by code example C-63.
