Wrongful repossession

We made ALL car loan payments timely since July. On May 25 OmniAmerican sent Bonham Services wrecker truck to our house at 7:45 am to repossess the car - an obvious error by the Bank. Bonham latched on to the rear of the front-wheel drive car - which was in 'park', and dragged it 100 yards up the street - burning rubber off the static front tires and damaging the transmission; Bonham driver refused to show any paperwork to substantiate the "repo." If OmniAmerican does not voluntarily make good on the personal and financial damages claimed, it will be served with a civil suit and demand for jury trial - how many other ordinary citizens have been burned by OmniAmerican, or some other bank, in this manner???
