My fiance was charged 4 times on 5-6 for cic monitoring service. 4 charges of 79.95. Of course it was a debit card and we have no idea how it happened. We haven't even had our home computer for 2 weeks. When I called them they said they need a social or credit card number to check into it. I said I would call back.
What a terrible thing to do to people. Her account is now overdrawn and we have to go about getting $320 back. I will update when it is resolved.
