Didn't order/unauthorized charge

I obtained billed 139.99 on my bank card by TLG identification safe on 5/22. Used to do not purchase this item or money the refund check from my pedipaws and that I got billed for this. I've read lots of grievances about that in below and on different websites. Today my bill is overdrawn reason for this and that I need to get into my lender to form it out. I'd like these folks nailed and that I need my money-back and them to prevent starting my take into account material used to donot purchase. I will likely need to alter my banking account to prevent this from occurring. Nail telebrands and pedipaws. Our puppy do not such as the factor both.
