Trying to make me pay for a bill that is not mime which i did not make

This collection agency is wanting me to pay a bill i know nothing about. They say i owe it from when i lived in kentucky i have never lived in kentucky. They say i have to pay it because supposedly its in my name. They have my first &last name&the last four #of my s ocial. They say it was in the 2004. What do i do now?
