Credit rip off

I used credit first n.A. A few years back and they burned me then and I just recently used they're credit card again figuring what the heck maybe they got better, but guess what they did not and they burned me on my very first payment with a late fee and huge finance charges and now I owe fifty dollars more then I started out with.

Someone or some agency should check this company out, because my other credit cards are fine but this one is just money hungry and should be investigated for the things that they do to they're customers.
