I was ripped of $2995.00 for a contract that was not met

Home Relief Servcies (Diener Law Group) 714-333-7888, ripped me off for $2995.00. Back in November I was told I would recieve refund that the contract states they have 10 business days.
Well that day never came. I call everyday. Since then they and I have been thru alot of employees. Still no refund. Another website My3cent also has numerous complaints.
I contacted my local news station but they were unable to help. I reported to the BBB, who has them with an F raiting. I wish I would have reserched further before I sent any money.
But I see I am not the only one in this boat. I was getting ready to go into forclosure and needed to do something.
Well before HRS did asnything my Lender sent me a loan modification that I went with. They and I did not even need there services.
Can someone please help me if they can. I have tried everything. I am out of work at this time and could really use this money returned.
