Ryan Zimmerman solicited my business and agreed to help modify my mortgage loan. He was working with Mason Capital Group at the time and promised a response or resolution within 90 days. I was completely upfront and honest with him about my situation. After 90 days, I started receiving excuses as to why there was no response or resolution. The next thing I know, he has gone to Pinnacle Financial Solutions and took my file with him without telling me. I never signed a contract with Pinnacle however my mortgage company had notes stating that Pinnacle had contacted them. After I began questioning the situation, Ryan Zimmerman became angry and sent nasty emails stating that I was trying to cheat them out of money they earned for helping with my mortgage, which still had no resolution or response from the mortgage company. At that point, Amir Ahmadi stepped in and made a somewhat convincing plea to give him time to request a refund. As of this date (May 18), neither of these people are working for Pinnacle and Pinnacle Financial Solutions have never heard of me or worked on my file. I am currently out a significant amount of money and am not getting anywhere with these 2 clowns. When I asked Ryan where my money was and if he still has a modification company his response was "Well, I thought it already went out and uh, yeah I still have a modification company." Quite obviously not true. I am sure he is just on to another scam to bilk honest, innocent people out of their hard earned money.
