Ripoff Scam

I have also been contacted by ACS (Robin Jackson). Told me I was being sued over a payday loan that I haven't paid. I was asked if I had a attorney and if I did I needed to have him call him. When I asked about this payday loan all he wouldn't tell me where it was or how much. Never-the-less I got mad and started swearing at him and then hung up on him. That was about two weeks ago, he call me again today at work, said he was a lawyer this time, and once again said that my attorney needed to contact him, once again I got mad and hung up on him. He then called my boss and told him that he was going to be subpoenad to court and that he would fax him some information in an hour. Never did. I have contacted my attorney and I advise any one else being scammed or harassed by this company to do the same.
