I've been scammed

I was talked into this service through a cold call, which I wouldn't normally give any attention to but the saleswoman was very skilled and promised me there was no danger, there would be no cost to me and I could cancel anytime for a full refund. Only at the very end of the call did she ask me to authorize that a charge of $895 be put on one of my credit cards but again she assured me that the charge was simply a hold and would not actually be charged to me. My alarm bells were going off but she talked me into it. They promised to save me $3,000 on my credit card bills and repeatedly told me it wouldn't cost me anything. They just needed the account numbers and contact info to try and negotiate a lower rate for me. I'm pretty good at keeping my rates low and juggling offers so I didn't think they would have any success in getting me any rate reductions but I figured if there was no cost and no risk then why not let them try. When they sent out my 'customized budget plan' they had successfully lowered the rate on only one of my cards from 6.15% to 6.14% not too impressive. But they wrote that if I used their revised payment schedule I would save $170,000 over 16 years. So their solution was for me to pay more per month thereby paying off the debt faster, thereby hitting their $3,000 savings guarantee. This logic is mind boggling. I did call someone immediately in january of this year to complain and talked to a nice rep named Darcy who referred me to Rasheed brown, saying she would look into it and give me a call back. Now in May i decided to give them a call and have found that the number is disconnected and the address in largo does not exist. I have sent an inquiry to the london office address listed on the website and am still awaiting a reply.
