Fraudulent Practices

Hi,

I work with a Brazilian marble ship organization and that I am having an issue with Ice Bank simply point the main one documented by Mr. James Worthy on September 15th.

Our company offered a pot to some business in Arizona within the CAD (money against doc) conditions. That conditions claims that my lender would be to deliver all of the paperwork to my clientis lender and just launch the therefore described doc towards the customer when the cash continues to be delivered to the exporter which in this instance is people.

Not such thing was actually done. I've approached the bank involved with this and he or she hasn't done something.

It's a disgrace that a lender so large like Ice Bank does this kind of illegitimate thing like this.

We shall do whichever can be done to obtain our cash.
