Scam?

I had contact with a Dr. Samir Jordan in 2008 from a listing on "Loopnet" I was searching for investors for projects. He pitched the same proposal, wanting to nominate me manager, of an investment fund (with no credentials) offering 60% of the proceeds for a five year plan per project

They insisted the deal had to be consumated in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Monies would be placed in a Spanish Bank. Because they live in an autocratic society (saudi arabia) where eavesdropping by the powers that be is commonplace and very restrictive to who they can do business with.

When I refused to travel to the middle east, I recieved a call from "Tarek Taher" himself. After niceties he proceeded to ask a favor of me, to help his son going to school in Minnesota, that needed cash sooner than he
(a verifiable billionaire) could get it to him!!!

Now eight months later I get another contact from Dr. Samir Jordan. This time they have doubled their investment amount and are willing to do a joint venture. I only have to travel to London to sign documents...

Same as the other complaintant I cannot find any other problems with these people except for the "ripoff report"... I think it may be an identity theft scam... Beware..investigation continues..
