They owe me 37 dollars or a 10000 credit card plain and simple

I sent them a money order for 37 dollars because they said i was pre-approved for 10000 credit. That was on the 4th of may and it is the 16th of may and no contact has been made nor any contact info on the paper work. Numbers seem to blind the eyes temporarily i guess.
