These people demanded money up front tp provide a service to settle your taxes you owed the gov for pennies or just a very small amount compared to what you owed, i paid them $3900.00 and they messed up our taxes for this year and never advised me if they ever filed my taxes for this year either as we decided to file separewtly this year on there advise and they were to handle filing for us, so i am at a loss and they do not respond to calls or emails and i have left several messages demanding my money back for their very bad advise, they said sit back and wait for 2 years and the taxes will drop off the report and i wouldnt have to pay for it, hahahaha, what a joke in my book hasnt dropped off yet. Now i am out $3900 bux and still lost on what to do as i am 100% disabled and trying to live on my disability to pay all the bills Sure would be nice to sue them people for fraud and make them pay everyones taxes they took money from just to set a example to all the other people trying to do the same...
