Rip off, can't contact, just keep adding charges!

They should be sued for their behavior! Ripoff! Without new charges I pay what they ask... Then the next bill has an overlimit charge. Why? Because they don't figure in what your finance charges will be. So, I guess the consumer has to figure all that out, above the requested minimum payment asked by the company. First time I've ever had this nonsense from any card company.

For several weeks I can not get in touch with anyone, therefore I'm charged late fees and more over limit fees.
I wish I new if there are any class action suits against their business practices. They close down their charge card business, and leave you in the dark! This should be unlawful!!
