This company did to me what it has already done to others: took my money, made promises it obviously didn't keep, disrespected me, its "highly trained" receptionists hung up on me when I demanded answers and they basically treated me like I was lacking a brain (which I don't). This has been going on since December 4. As of now I have no definitive answer to anything... Not even the numerous messages I've left to agents/representatives.
