Did not follow through and stopped all contact

I have been looking for financing to purchase a funeral home, and I found Mr Ken Lipp online and started talking with him about financing. Once a location was found, I sent all the financial information to Ken Lipp and, we sent a letter of Intent to the seller. Ken Lipp insisted that $1000.00 be placed in escrow with his company. Money was wired.

Ken Lipp told me that he would have a financing answer within 60 days. After the 60 days passed with no word from him, I called and he said give him a few more days.

Since that time, I have sent several emails and made several phone calls and have recieved no response.

Beware of dealing with Ken Lipp. He does not follow through.

I paid $1000.00 for this lesson. Learn from my mistake.
