Cornerstone Payment Systems
Fraudulent ripoff business

Business & Finance

Cornerstone is a Credit Card Processing company. As a small business, to charge credit cards, we have to use a company like theirs. They held $10,000.00 as a reserve in case of chargebacks. After many problems, we cancelled our relationship with them (on 9/10/02). These problems include approximately $3000.00 that disappeared from our charges; they have been unable so far to help us find these charges.

When we cancelled, we were told to call them on 12/16 to discuss the release of our reserve, which at that time was $9,170.00. We were told on 12/16 that we would receive the full amount on 12/30/02. On 12/30/02, we were told we would receive them on 1/5/03. On 1/5/03 we were told that we would receive them on 1/9/03. On 1/9/03, we were told that the funds had been released, and would hit our bank at midnight.

On 1/10/03, we still had not received our funds. I talked to the COO (Richard Harris), he said he would look into why we had not received our $7,000.00. I explained that from the beginning, it was the full amount of $9,170.00. After MUCH fighting, we receive our reserve back. Now we are trying to get back the approximately $3000.00 that is missing from our bank account.

I have been in contact with Richie Harris (the COO) for months about this, getting absolutley no help. This has been going on non-stop for 8 month now!
