Took my money, stopped providing any service and kept charging me

Strategic told me that I should start a corporation to handle the finances of the real estate business I was getting into. They performed the service of setting up the business and charged me monthly for a state representative to keep the business "legal". This representative never responded to my e-mails or phone calls, then she resigned and I had no one to get a hold of. I tried the phone numbers I had been given and was unable to get through to anyone, even though I am still being charged.

Also, I have no one I can get a hold of in the tax division so I end up paying them monthly for nothing because as far as I know they haven't done anything for me. I wasted over $10,000 between this and John Beck's program so I consider it an expensive lesson.
