Didn't pay our company money for 7months

He is the president of East China Import inc., His name is Zhong Yong, english name is Mike. This company purchase us seafood product from China in OCT and still now never wanna pay the rest of the money. Even we came to Los angeles in May 1st 2009 to collect the money from him, he just give us his company check, and the check could not be deduct the money from his company accout. We asked the bank, the bank said the reason is the holder stop the payment...

We tried to call him hundred times to negotiate the payment, he never pick up the phone.

Also, in December 8th, I called him many times as well, finally he picked up and said he will pay us the money through T/T, but still lying, he is snake. Do not trust his any word.
