Lost our home due to their scam claiming not recieving payment

Here we go about 2 years ago we bought our first home through American home mortgage we were sold to Ocwe (the devil) we were never missed a payment but ocwen kept stating they were late and charging us late fees. We thought something was wrong so I started sending them first class so it would have a confirmation slip and i could prove it was recieved on time.

Then in December they called stating they hadent recieved payment, well i knew this was a lie cause i got a confirmation slip stating they had recieved it and signed for it. When i told them this they asked me to send another payment which was fine but i told them i wanted them to pay for the cancelling of the checks they had cause i didnt want payment taken out twice and that i didnt want to be charged a late fee since i had proof they signed for the envolope my payment was in.

They stated that if i cancedled the checks and payed for it they would remburse me when they found that my proof was correct. Well after sending them my copy of the confirmation slip and a copy of the carbon copy of the checks they told me it would take 6 months for them to investigate the problem.

In the mean time they kept charging us late fees every month and our lawyer told us to just forclose on the house and let them take the loss we had no choice cause we had so much in late fees we couldnt keep up.

They took this home from not only me but my three kids who ask to go back to that house every week, To top it off we will never be able to buy a house again cause we are being forced to claim bankrupcy because of them.
