Deceptive Practices, long term agreements, you can find better elsewhere

I have been locked into a 3 year agreement with this company for a business that never processed a transaction with them and went out of business. They will not let you out of the agreement and their monthly fees without paying a $250 termination fee.

They make changes to their agreements but do not let you out of your contract because of it. You are stuck with whatever terms they want to add or change.

If you want to cancel your agreement when it is up you have a 90 day window to do so or else you are locked in for another year.

Customer service is impotent and has perfected saying "I'm sorry, that's the way it is"

There are much better options out there that do not lock you into long term agreements and have better rates. Why go with such a company that treats is customers so poorly? They obviously don't give a rat's a$ about YOU, only what they can get from you.

Stay away, you'll be glad you did.
